Devin Trampe, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the Arizona College of Optometry in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2020.
Originally from Pleasanton, Nebraska, Dr. Trampe now practices in Beatrice. He began his optometry career in 2024 and has developed a particular interest in the treatment of dry eye. Dr. Trampe chose to pursue optometry to build meaningful relationships with his patients and provide them with the education and guidance needed to make informed decisions about their health.
Dr. Trampe enjoys educating his patients about their eye health, answering their questions, and offering recommendations. His goal is for every patient to leave his exam room with a clear understanding of their eye health and the confidence to make well-informed decisions regarding their care.
Stephen Gildersleeve, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in Fullerton, California, and graduated magna cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska.
Dr. Gildersleeve then completed a hospital-based ocular disease diagnosis and management residency at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico, dealing with a challenging and complex patient base. While at SCCO, he was recognized as the best in his class in primary care and ocular disease diagnosis and management. He also scored in the top 1% in the nation on the National Board parts 1 and 2, leading his class in both.
Dr. Gildersleeve enjoys helping people with visual solutions that improve their daily quality of life. He says, “It is amazing to meet so many people and have them trust you in caring for their vision and referring their family and friends to our practice.”
Born and raised in the small community of O’Neill, Nebraska, Dr. Gildersleeve is a team optometrist for the University of Nebraska athletics. He specializes in primary eye care, management of ocular diseases, sports vision, and fitting routine and specialty contact lenses.
In his young career, he has given multiple lecture hours of continued education to fellow optometrists and is already very well respected among his peers. Dr. Gildersleeve also lectures with KMK Educational Services, a company that prepares 3rd-year optometry students to take and pass the National Boards.
When he is not treating patients, Dr. Gildersleeve enjoys hiking, fishing, land management, aviation, and spending time with family.
Jake Weber, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee (SCO), graduating summa cum laude. He graduated as a co-valedictorian with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
While at Southern College of Optometry, Dr. Weber represented his student body of over 500 students on the national board of the American Optometric Student Association. He received awards from his faculty as the top contact lens practitioner and a top ten clinical performer in his class. Before joining Eyes on Lincoln, he cared for patients at private practices in Sioux City, Iowa, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing him with a wide range of experience.
Dr. Weber provides eye care for patients of all ages. He specializes in fitting contact lenses for patients with corneal disease, treating dry eye disease, providing emergency care, and managing conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
When not treating patients, he enjoys playing golf, attending Husker athletic events, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is a proud husband to his wife, Jen, and father to their two children, Shiloh and Shepherd.
